The service

BizBuddy analyzes publicly available customer reviews of businesses you specify and generates summaries, insights, and suggested action items. Features vary by subscription plan, and free-plan usage is limited (for example, in analysis frequency and review volume).

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions.
• Resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the service or its output without our written permission.
• Use the service to violate any law or third-party terms, or to harass or defame anyone.
• Probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page; your plan stays active through the end of the paid period, after which it does not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

AI-generated content

BizBuddy’s summaries and recommendations are generated by AI from review text. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional (legal, financial, health, or safety) advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

Third-party data

Review content belongs to its authors and the platforms it was posted on. BizBuddy retrieves it from public sources through licensed APIs for your analysis. You may use BizBuddy’s output for your own business purposes, but rights in the underlying reviews remain with their owners.

Intellectual property

We own the service, its software, and its branding. You own your business data and may export your analyses. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing and processing your data to provide features you use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or revenue).

Termination

You may stop using BizBuddy and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will update the effective date and notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law
